However, if your skin and beard are excessively dry, you might want to try using beard balm, as it will serve as a protective layer that will moisturize them for a longer time and protect them well against harsh weather conditions (dry and cold weather makes the skin and the hairs very rough).

How to use beard balm

You just need to be careful with the quantities, as it’s easy to overdo it if you’re combining them, so use very little of both and see how your beard feels to the touch.
